Attendant Care Assessments
An Attendant Care Assessment is an in-home assessment conducted by an Occupational Therapist. It is designed to determine how much assistance a client needs in order to complete his/her activities of daily living (ADLs). This assessment must be updated whenever there is a significant change in the client’s physical or cognitive abilities or in the client’s living arrangements.
