Vocational Rehabilitation
Vocational Rehabilitation encompasses all of the steps necessary to bring the injured client from their present capabilities back into the workforce. Vocational Rehabilitation may include: the creation of a rehabilitation team to assess the client’s current abilities and limitations, exploring retraining options, initiating appropriate rehabilitation treatment, facilitating the entry into retraining programs, ensuring that any necessary extra support is available during retraining, help with vocational placements and ensuring that the client is able to complete the required duties safely and efficiently.
